Shipping & Returns
This is the option most apparel orders will fall under. Orders being delivered in the US to should take up to 3-5 days to ship (unless otherwise notified) and 1-3 days to arrive once it is shipped!
*Pre-Orders may take some weeks to get to me before they are sent out since they are essentially made to order but there is no extra shipping charge for pre-order items*
Hard Decora is a one woman show so that means if I'm at a convention or are waiting on restock, or get sick that can delay orders being shipped out. Please send me an email, firstname.lastname@example.org if you need your order by a certain date and I'll be happy to see what I can do!
Made to order shipping
If you have a Made To Order item in your cart please choose MADE TO ORDER shipping. If you choose another shipping option the order will be placed on hold and the customer contacted. These items take 4-6 weeks to arrive on your doorstep.
You can ship internationally! It should take 3-7 days to ship (unless otherwise notified) and 2-3 weeks to arrive once it's shipped!
Returns & Exchanges
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one. You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it.
Send me an email with the details email@example.com. I ask that you send back the items and when I receive a tracking number/package I will disperse the refund. If there was a mistake on my part I will refund with shipping costs, if not, I will refund without shipping costs. Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or not the item paid for.
First send me an email with the details to firstname.lastname@example.org so we can figure out the best exchange for your item. I will then ask that you send back the items and when I receive the tracking number/package I will disperse a refund sans shipping cost. After that I will send the new package to you free of shipping charge. Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or not the item paid for.
Make sure your address is correct otherwise you will have to pay shipping again through Paypal in order to receive your product if it is shipped back to me for that reason.
When ordering some “all over print” products there may be some discontinuation of color under the sleeve where there are creases. This is due to the printing process and can't always be avoided. If it happens on the front of the apparel then that is means for it to be returned.
